Wyatt goes fishin'

Grandad, Wyatt and Mommy's annual trip to the Sportsman Show in Puyallup culminated in the excitement of the trout pond for kids. What's not to like, you just stick your little bamboo fishing rod in the pond and ta-da, approximately 30 seconds later you have a fat Rainbow Trout on the end of your hook! By some miracle, although he was only allowed 2 fish, there were 3 in the bag we took home.
Mommy's sharp new pocket knife made gutting them easy and then we had them pan fried for dinner with some homemade cornbread (sweetened slightly with xylitol for sugar free kids) and yum-my!
